A case study in sustainable leadership

After 10+ years of expansion, YMCA North Staffordshire could see a challenging next phase approaching. Questions were looming over how to empower leadership and keep up the momentum.

At the same time, in 2018, its CEO Danny Flynn asked me to provide a day of leadership development for his Senior Management Team.

In Danny's eyes, that day provided the seed of the solution for future growth. The work has developed into regular facilitation of leadership days involving coaching and strategic business planning—with sustainable results.
